I appreciated the ideal hotel.

Big size rooms were new-fashioned with a view. The management was amiable, as well as the staff. Also, location was good, just next door to Gedempte Gracht Street...

The room with a view has all the basic amenities you would expect.

I had the pleasure of enjoying some "interesting" Dutch dishes at the restaurant. The nearest airport conveniently allowed me to escape this questionable hotel.

I just loved how cramped and uncomfortable the room was, definitely an experience worth remembering.

the room was amazing, perfect for my family of three. It was a two, story room with plenty of space and impeccable cleanliness. the hotel had all the necessary facilities, including hair dryers and ample storage space. I especially loved the well, thought, out layout, with separate spaces for the shower, toilet, and wash area. the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the modern design and comfortable bed made for a great stay. And I must mention the incredible breakfast that was included, it was copious and delicious!

Everything at the hotel was exactly what I needed and wanted. 😃.

had a great stay in Zaandam, and Monument Hotel exceeded expectations! Modern rooms with lots of storage and a divided bathroom made it perfect for my family. Plus, the central location was a bonus. Loved the stylish design and the amazing shower!

The new room I stayed in was awesome with a great view 😊. the staff were super helpful. the location was excellent, not too far from a cool wooden house.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It is close to central Amsterdam, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel staff were helpful and stored our luggage before check-in. The 4-bed family room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a group of friends. The room had a mezzanine layout, providing ample space. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the kettle and variety of teas/coffee available.

Felt at home instantly, no reason to complain.

The rooms at Monument Hotel are really cozy and comfortable. I loved the air-conditioning, it kept me cool during the hot weather. The free WiFi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected with my friends and family. The private bathroom was nice too, with a modern shower and all the toiletries I needed. I felt right at home in the rooms here.

Personally, I didn't really use the safe deposit box in the double room. But hey, that's just me!

The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the food was good. Also, the location was convenient, close to public transportation and attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The check-in process was a hassle as there was no reception at the hotel. Additionally, the elevator had a strong smell and was not cleaned properly.

I keep coming back because they always make me feel like family. The staff helped with my old parents, which I'll always treasure. Free Wi-Fi, Bar/Lounge, Restaurant, Flat-screen TV, Air conditioning. Can't wait to come back for Christmas.
